Shipping Options & Cost

  • Free Shipping – For orders over R980 (2–6 business days)

  • Standard Shipping – R99,00 (2–6 business days)

  • Express Shipping – R125,00 (1–3 business days)

Handling Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 0–1 business days of payment confirmation.

Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) on business days will be processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Change of Address

  • If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of order placement.

  • We cannot guarantee address changes after this period.

Lost or Damaged Goods

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
